Refunds and Returns
At Jetski South Tahoe, we understand that plans can change, especially when you’re booking your adventure months in advance. We’re committed to being as flexible and fair as possible, while also making sure we can manage our schedule and resources effectively.
Cancellations and Refunds
Full Refund – 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked. We appreciate the early notice!
Partial Refund / Cancellation Fee – Within 24–48 Hours
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your rental may result in a $50 cancellation fee to cover lost booking opportunities and preparation costs.
Late Cancellations – Less Than 24 Hours Notice
For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled rental, we reserve the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee. This is due to the short notice, which makes it very difficult to rebook the time slot.
No-Shows
Customers who do not show up for their rental without prior notice will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued.
Weather Policy
Your safety is our top priority. If we determine that weather or water conditions are unsafe, we will offer you the option to:
Reschedule your rental to another available time, or
Receive a full refund.
Customer-initiated cancellations due to weather will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Rescheduling
We’re happy to reschedule your rental (pending availability) if you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Please contact us as early as possible to make changes to your reservation.
