No boating license is required in California to operate a personal watercraft like a jet ski. However, renters must be at least 18 years old and show a valid government-issued photo ID.

Please bring a valid ID, sunscreen, towel, and water bottles. Phones can be stored on the Jetski in the waterproof comparements. We recommend wearing a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing. Life jackets are provided and required for all riders.

Yes! Most of our jet skis can hold up to threepeople, and you may switch riders as long as you do so safely and as long as the operator is over 18 years old with a valid license. Everyone riding signs a waiver ahead of time.

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions are unsafe—like high winds, lightning, or heavy rain—we will cancel or reschedule your rental at no charge. We’ll notify you as early as possible if changes are needed.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we may offer a reschedule depending on availability.

Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, paperwork, and a brief safety orientation.

Yes, we require a credit card on file for a refundable security deposit in case of damage. The amount will be held and released after your rental, assuming the jet ski is returned in good condition.

No. However, do not operate the Jetski in shallow water as the hull will be damaged, or the engine will be damaged with debris intake. The customer will be charged for all damages.

Maybe. Parking is very limited across South Lake Tahoe regardless. The best options would be walking, electric scooter rental, biking, ubering, etc.
